We’ll have a quick chat about what you’d like from the session, any relevant injuries or medical history, and the areas you’d like me to focus on.
Pressure and treatment style can be adjusted throughout the session to suit you — sports massage doesn’t have to mean being beaten up for an hour!
Meet Elliot
I’m Elliot, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with over five years’ experience working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
I’ve worked with people of all ages and activity levels, from those getting back into exercise to runners and endurance athletes.
I’m also a runner, Ironman finisher and keen hiker myself, so I understand both the enjoyment of training and how frustrating it can be when your body isn’t feeling its best.

What do I need at home?
Just enough space for a massage table and a couple of clean towels.
I’ll bring the table and everything else needed for your treatment.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to remove some clothing, but you’ll always be appropriately covered and we can adapt the treatment to what you’re comfortable with.
Is sports massage painful?
It doesn’t need to be. Pressure can be adjusted throughout your treatment depending on your preferences and what we’re working on.
